The NPS Uniform Shop is open on Friday mornings during the school term and operates
by appointment only.

Payments

The online Uniform Shop accepts payment via direct deposit or credit card. If paying by direct deposit, please email a copy of the receipt to uniformshop@npspandc.com. To pay by cash or EFTPOS you will need to book an appointment to visit the Uniform Shop in person. 

Deliveries

The majority of orders will be filled within one week. They will be delivered to your child’s classroom on Fridays. If you require an item urgently, you will need to visit the Uniform Shop personally by booking an appointment.

Refund and returns policy

We ask that wherever possible you visit the shop to try before you buy.   With a few exceptions (see below) items may be exchanged for the same item in a different size. If a refund is required, we can issue a store credit that can be used against future purchases.

In order for a return or exchange to be accepted, the item must be returned within 28 days and be unused in the original packaging with all tags still attached. We ask that you email the Uniform Shop to advise that you intend to exchange/return the item and provide us with the date of purchase.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchange or return of hats, or socks/stockings (unless unopened) due to hygiene reasons. Faulty/defective items can be returned anytime within the warranty period and will be returned to the manufacturer for repair.
